An essence is the energetic imprint of a flower held in water and preserved with a small amount of brandy, there are no essential oils in here bb!

What is a flower essence?
Flower Essences are the energetic imprint of plants held in spring water and brandy, they are what's known as a vibrational medicine. An essence carries the plants life force expression which is said to be most potent in the flower. Each plant has a unique energetic signature that we can work to embody as part of our wellness or path to healing. If a flower essence finds its way into your life, there's a good chance you need that specific medicine wether or not you're actively searching for it.
How do I use a flower essence?
Potency is increased through consistency, not increased quantity. The standard dosage is 4 drops, four times daily. You can take the drops directly on the tongue, place in your water bottle to sip throughout the day, or dropped into any smoothie or fave beverage. Essences can be used at home in a diffuser with corresponding essential oils, they can be dropped in a ritual bath, or even used to anoint your altar or candles.
