We currently ship domestically to the USA. Orders take 1-2 days to process. Please contact us if you have a rush order.


Lost or Missing Packages

The Circle is not responsible for any packages lost in transit once picked up by the mailing service. The mailing service is responsible for all packages in transit. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for lost or missing packages.



If you're not satisfied with your purchase, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. We do not refund shipping charges. All returns must be in unworn, undamaged condition with their tags still attached. Please see below for a list of items not eligible for return or exchange.

If you have questions about an item before purchase please be in touch! We're more than happy to provide additional pictures or insider info about details and fit of a particular item before you buy it-- email us and we'll do our best to advise you.

Non Returnable Items 

- Items received after the 14 day return period

- Damaged items, items that have been used, worn or altered

- Candles, body care products, apothecary, cosmetics, plants, jewelry

- All items purchased at a discount or marked final sale

- Event tickets are final sale and not refundable 

Final Sale Items

Underwear, jewelry, apothecary items, items in the "SALE" section, event tickets, and any other items explicitly noted as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
